City of Flagstaff Innovation Mesa Business Accelerator & Secondary Emergency Operations Center | FCI was the CM/GC for this 28,000 SF Accelerator building, housing 25 offices, 6 combined offices, wet/dry labs, and 3 light manufacturing spaces, as well as a secondary Emergency Operations Center which can be locked down in case of an emergency. This project received LEED Silver certification.
