Roaring Fork School District Employee Affordable Housing

Carbondale, CO | FCI was the CM/GC for this new Affordable Housing Project in Carbondale, CO. This new District funded housing development for rent to district employees. Four buildings totaling 22,378 sf were designed to meet the guidelines of the Fair Housing Act and Carbondale’s Unified Development Code. The project includes new underground utilities, a parking area, and tenant commons. 20 individual units consist of: (6) 1 bedroom flats, (2) 2 bedroom flats, (4) 3 bedroom flats, (6) 2 bedroom townhouses, (2) 3 bedroom townhouses.
