Gateway Canyons Resort

Gateway, CO | FCI has been working with Gateway Canyons Resort since 2011, completing nine projects for the resort.  The most notable projects consisted of the addition of 14 guest rooms which consisted of 1800 SF casitas constructed with vaulted open beam ceilings, oversized windows and the highest end finishes and carpentry.  They contain fireplaces, private decks, outdoor showers and private outdoor spas.  In addition to the Casitas, FCI was the CM/CG for the construction of Palisade pools, spas, flagstone pavers, landscaping and associated buildings.  The projects were completed with the resort occupied and functioning with no disturbance to the guests.  Because the resort is located in such a remote location, the FCI team worked diligently to overcome complex subcontractor management, on site staging and the ordering and supply of the high-end materials.  Quality control was of the utmost importance to the client and FCI received such high recognition for our work, we were awarded with three more projects on the resort property.
