Pinal County Attorney’s Office

Florence, AZ | FCI was the CM/GC for the construction of this new, 52,000 sf, 5-story steel structure with curtain walls on two sides and architectural metal panels and keyhole windows with vertical perforated shade fins on the other two sides. This secure building has a metal detector entry to 125 offices, conference rooms, interview rooms, an interrogation room, and support spaces.  On July 27, 2023, this project won Project of the Year from the American Public Works Association Arizona Chapter.
