Windsor Public Works Facility

Windsor, CO | FCI was the CM/GC for construction of the new Windsor Public Works Campus.  The project consisted of 24 acres of site development which included heavy utility and road improvements and three large bores under an active railway.  New construction consisted of administration building, general shop, mechanics shop,  heated vehicle storage building, covered vehicle storage, covered bulk material storage, fueling station, bulk water retail delivery system, and additional pre-engineered metal buildings.
